I am passionate about creating for underrepresented and underserved communities in sport. To navigate these spaces in an authentic and credible manner, we put our athletes at the center of our work, and let their insights lead the way.

By facilitating consumer focus groups and workshops, we challenge our own internal biases, assumptions, and hypotheses. Implementing an athlete-focused approach, I strive to develop a true process of co-creation with community partners and industry experts.
