To ensure success of product innovations, I oversaw the launch of our Consumer Validation process. Our team designed a program that enabled consistent consumer involvement, engaging 3 global markets and 750+ people per study. We employed different research tools to uncover real consumer insights, directly evaluate, and make tangible improvements to product concepts.
