Data Driven Strategy

I oversaw the launch of our Consumer Validation process. We designed a program that enabled consistent consumer involvement, engaging 3 global markets and 750+ people per study. We employed different research tools to uncover insights and directly evaluate product concepts. I investigate areas of opportunity and craft innovation strategies for the brand.
